Here are the stories
Wisła is the river that crosses Warsaw. It normally doesn''t freeze in the winter. But sometimes when there are several days under ten degrees the riverside gets frozen and ice floes fill the river. It is something really worth to see.
Do you remember last year when I walked over the frozen river? Frozen Wisła. I felt for the adventure again and repeated. This time with my winter boots, these boots are made for walking all over... the river.

The eel (spanish: Anguila) is a long, thin bony fish. Baby eels (spanish: Angula) are not very easy to fish and then they are very expensive. Anguriñas or gulas, is an imitation of the baby eel, made of fish, similar to surimi.
The "scrambled eggs with anguri & ntilde;as" is very easy and quick to prepare. You just have to fry a bit the anguriñas, and then add some eggs and scramble. It is very tasty! I like it so much!

We found a very interesting recipe for blini. You make potato blinis with egg and flour. There is no milk or milk cream added.
They were very tasty! We made a few with salmon and a few with black caviar.

It was snowing this weekend. The views are beautiful, there is white snow all around.
I have new winter boots and it was the ideal chance to test them. They feel so comfortable and my feet were so warm! I can walk in the snow!

There is a beautiful river side promenade along the Wisła. You can find many picturesque things: sculptures of whales, elastics mats, posters with description of the common birds in the area, etc.
Waking along we found a funny gnome with a sunflower. I quickly ask him if I could take a photo with him!
