I enjoy very much driving. I had a chance to do it in our trip to Ronda. Also, I like very much playing pc games. So, to have the best experience, now I am playing with this steering wheel. It is very exciting to drive with it!

I like music very much. What I like the most is singing. But I also like to play some instruments. I don't have much space at home, and also, I cannot install a good noise reduction, so I have a small electronic drum pad. I can play drums and create many rhythms with it.

Gazpacho is a delicious fresh drink for the summer. You can learn more about it in my previous post Homemade Gazpacho. In many supermarkets, you can find some commercial gazpachos just ready to drink.
Of course, the best gazpacho is the homemade. But it is very convenient to have some commercial ones at home for the days that you don't have all the ingredients. Cool it in the fridge, serve cold and make your summer fresher!

Gummies or gummi candies are gelatin-based sweets. They are available in very different shapes including bears, sharks, bottles, frogs, fruits, all that you can imagine. Also, they are available in very different flavors and they can be sweet, extra sweet, sour, even spicy! There are so many varieties to choose.
These Sour Bears are one of my favorites. They are so sour! They really feel in the tongue!

We were traveling and bought some souvenirs. Cadbury twirl bites, and Cadbury caramel nibbles.

A chocolate truffle is a chocolate product, with a heart of very soft and creamy chocolate, and a body of cocoa powder. The Belgian variety are made with dark chocolate.
I can explain you what a truffle is, but you won't know how delicious it is until you try it! Oh, they are so so tasty!

One friend brought a Pistachio chocolate from Turkey. Çikolata!! with pistachios!!! mniam mniam!
I can tell you, it was delicious! The chocolate was not very soft but not very dark, and the pistachios filled the perfect combination. Yummy yummy!

The purple shamrock, also known as false shamrock, is a perennial plant. It is endemic to Brazil. It has very characteristic purple leaves that look like a clover, with one less leaf. Also, the leaves open during the day and close during night, in what is called photonasty (response to light).
I love my purple shamrock very much. I like to water her when she's thirsty. And I like to sing songs to her so she feels happy and loved. I am always very surprised how much she likes sunbaths and how she opens her leaves!

We had a new idea to try for sandwiches. The sandwiches were one slice of bread with the ingredients on top of it. And the ingredients for each sandwich were: one slice of cheese, one boiled egg (or half egg) cut in slices and a couple of slices of avocado.
I can tell you, the combination of flavors was fantastic. And the avocado made the sandwich really special. It was delicious! I invite you to try it!

The other day in the supermarket we saw a Chinese sauce "5 flavors, bamboo and mushrooms". It gave us the idea to prepare fried noodles like the ones that you can find in most restaurants.
We first made the noodles, fried some sliced chicken breasts, fried some special mix of vegetables (sliced carrot, cabbage, peas and corn), all separately. Then mixed everything together in a wok pan and added the special sauce. Then fried and fried while adding some oil, until it was well fried. The result was simply delicious! I already want to have more!
