Bielany is a district of Warsaw located in the north-west. The name 'Bielany' comes from the white habits of the Camaldolese monks who have an ancient monastery there. Part of Bielany is Bielański Forest (Las Bielański). It is a big forest which is a natural reservation.
One day, we took our bicycles and went to Bielański Forest. We discovered a lot of secrets of Bielany. We visited the Camaldolese Church, one of the most beautiful baroque churches in the city, dating from the 17th–18th centuries. In front of the church we saw a small stable with animals, it looked like the Nativity scene. And on the back of the church we took a ride on the old carousel. It was very funny to take a ride on a fox made of wood!

There are many other places to visit in Łódź. There are several museums dedicated to different arts: Book Art Museum, Film Museum, Museum of Art; and the Se-ma-for museum of stop-motion film animation. They are very interesting to visit and Se-ma-for museum has a section about Miś Uszatek.
Another important part of our visit was the culinary area. We found an awesome place where they made delicious burgers. But even better, we found a pączkarnia (polish donut bakery) where they made fresh pączki (polish donuts) right in the moment, they were the best I have ever tasted!

Łódź (pronounced: [wutz]) is the third-largest city in Poland. Along history it was a small settlement near the center of Poland. But during the 18th century it had a rapid growth thanks to the cloth industry. Many important cloth industries and designers made the city an important reference in Europe. Also, the city is known because of its National Film School, which nurtured the most important polish directors and actors.
We had a beautiful walk around the city. We could visit many places: the old train station, the old factory, the main street... We found a statue of Miś Uszatek (minimisiu)!

We have a lot of space in the balcony, so we decided to make a vegetable garden. There we can plant many things: tomatoes, carrots, peppers, spinaches, peas; there are many possibilities.
Our first success were beautiful tomatoes. We used them for the salad and they were so tasty! Also growing your own food makes it taste better. I am so happy! What will grow up next?

Bruschetta originated in Italy during the 16th century but its story can be traced to the Ancient Rome! It is a prepared topping to serve on bread. The most popular bruschetta is made of tomatoes, basil, garlic and olive oil.
The other day we prepared some toasts. I think that my favorite is the bruschetta made of grilled vegetables. I love to spread it very thickly on the bread.

There are many parks in Warsaw, and the summer is the perfect time to go on a picnic. If you plan one, don't forget a blanket to lay in the grass and enjoy the sun.
We went on a wonderful picnic the other day. I brought ice tea to refresh and some cards to play. It was very fun!

The Centrum Nauki Kopernik is a science museum located on the bank of the Wisła river. It has hundreds of interactive exhibits, that allow running very different experiments and games.
We visited the museum and played many games. I enjoyed the most the experiments with water! It was very interesting. Ideal to visit with children and have some fun!

I love music a lot. What I like the most is singing. But I also like to play some instruments.
I like guitar very much. I can improvise and create new melodies and rhythms. It is awesome for jamming for a while and just enjoy. I also like to play drums, you can see in my previous post Electronic drum pad.

I like eating very much, so I have to take care of my teeth. I brush them regularly, that way I have them clean and healthy. My toothbrush is electric and using it is very funny. It makes most part of the work, and my teeth are always very white. I also brush my tongue, very smoothly. It sometimes gives me tickles.

You already know that I like very much animals. But did you know that I have a horse at home? I like to take long rides and sometimes play rodeo. We have a lot of fun together!
Did you know that in different countries you talk different to horses? In United states they say: Gee up! In Spain: Arre! In Poland: Wio! Do you know that horses understand all of them?
