Revuelto de anguriñas
The eel (spanish: Anguila) is a long, thin bony fish. Baby eels (spanish: Angula) are not very easy to fish and then they are very expensive. Anguriñas or gulas, is an imitation of the baby eel, made of fish, similar to surimi.
The "scrambled eggs with anguriñas" is very easy and quick to prepare. You just have to fry a bit the anguriñas, and then add some eggs and scramble. It is very tasty! I like it so much!
