Dorada al horno

The dorada fish gets its name from the golden (dorada in Spanish) line between its eyes.

We love eating fish, so we decided to add another fish to our menu. We prepared a traditional recipe of Dorada al horno with lemon, dill, butter, oil and salt. It was delicious!
