Chinese noodles with chicken
The other day in the supermarket we saw a Chinese sauce "5 flavors, bamboo and mushrooms". It gave us the idea to prepare fried noodles like the ones that you can find in most restaurants.
We first made the noodles, fried some sliced chicken breasts, fried some special mix of vegetables (sliced carrot, cabbage, peas and corn), all separately. Then mixed everything together in a wok pan and added the special sauce. Then fried and fried while adding some oil, until it was well fried. The result was simply delicious! I already want to have more!
