Happy new year!!!!

We prepared cooked red shrimps with mayo.

There are many many ways to prepare shrimps. One of my favorites is also one of the simplest.

If the shrimps are not cooked, just cook them in salty water. Peel the shells. Serve in a plate with mayo on the side. Dip well and enjoy!!

We prepared chicken nuggets and fries.

I am finishing up with all the remnants of food from Christmas. I found these nuggets still intact, decided it was their turn.

I opened my presents. What nice surprises! I love them all. Looks like Santa has forgiven me for all the jokes I made.

I received a beautiful book about the adventures of a small polar bear, another book about bears in the world, many many chocolates and many many candies.

I am so happy! I prepared a lovely plate with some treats.

I was very excited about Santa coming last night. I wanted to surprise him again… but this time, after Christmas dinner, I couldn’t help to fall asleep.

When I woke up this morning, I found some presents under the tree. I decided not to open them right away and dream about the surprises inside. Mountains and mountains of fish? Kilos and kilos of chocolate? How much food can fit in these packages?

I found a beary secret bears village. They were getting ready for Christmas. They had a huge tree, presents and beary beautiful decorations.

They are super cute!! They were very welcoming and invited me to have a cup of tea and some biscuits.

We found this fabulous Santa chocolate cake.

You already know how I deal with chocolate Santa… This will be no different.

We prepared salmon and avocado with soy sauce and wasabi for breakfast.

Sashimi (刺身) is a delicacy traditional from Japan. It consists of raw fish sliced or cut into small pieces and served with soy sauce, and optionally with wasabi. You can also add avocado like we did to add other flavors.

Finally, I couldn’t charge my portal with this chocolate… so, it was left out… and he felt alone… I gave it a quick solution…

It disappeared like in a magic trick! Hocus pocus, you see it… now you don’t!!
