Carne al toro
The "estofado de carne de ternera con patatas" is a typical Spanish dish. In the area of Cádiz, it is prepared a little bit spicier, so they call it "carne al toro". It is very easy to prepare, the main ingredients are: veal meat cut into cubes, potatoes, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, ketchup, spicy pepper, white wine, one bay leave, olive oil, salt and pepper.
We decided to prepare "carne al toro" this weekend. But we did it without potatoes. It was delicious and very spicy! I am sure we will prepare it very often.
