Tortilla de calabaza
We prepared Pumpkin Spanish omelet (Tortilla de Calabaza).
The preparation is similar to the Spanish potato omelet, just replacing the potato with pumpkin.
It was delicious!

Potato salad
We prepared potato salad.
We made it with the base of potato and mayo. Then added: carrots, peas, boiled egg, tuna and green beans.

We prepared Chickpeas with Spinach and tomato sauce.
It is a traditional recipe from the south of Spain, Andalusia. It has very old origins, it is said to have come from Persia to Andalusia when it was called Al-Andalus. It became very popular in the XIX century for being perfect to have during Lent.

Spicy beef steak
We made our very special secret spicy sauce, based on the recipe of “carne al toro”. Minimiu was very happy. We marinated and cooked the steak in the sauce until it trapped all the flavors. The meat was really tender and spicy.
Of course, the best company for a lonely steak is a big bunch of fries.
