We continue our Halloween celebration with Spooky-Halloween-Food!!

We had chocolate biscuits with shapes of Bats, Pumpkins, Ghosts and Haunted Houses!

We had a breakfast of pancakes with scary shapes: Bats, Witches and Hats of Witch.

When you mix delicious pralines with hazelnut… you can get only one result… irresistible tastiness.

We found these delicious treats and I could not resist to try them!

We prepared Pumpkin Spanish omelet (Tortilla de Calabaza).

The preparation is similar to the Spanish potato omelet, just replacing the potato with pumpkin.

It was delicious!

We saw these pink flowers and asked Rosita to come quickly to have a picture taken!!

She looks awesome!

We prepared potato salad.

We made it with the base of potato and mayo. Then added: carrots, peas, boiled egg, tuna and green beans.

We prepared Chickpeas with Spinach and tomato sauce.

It is a traditional recipe from the south of Spain, Andalusia. It has very old origins, it is said to have come from Persia to Andalusia when it was called Al-Andalus. It became very popular in the XIX century for being perfect to have during Lent.

We made our very special secret spicy sauce, based on the recipe of “carne al toro”. Minimiu was very happy. We marinated and cooked the steak in the sauce until it trapped all the flavors. The meat was really tender and spicy.

Of course, the best company for a lonely steak is a big bunch of fries.

We prepared chicken with rice and vegetables.

We fried the rice with eggs to flavor it up. Then, we spiced very well the chicken and the vegetables. It was a perfect combination of flavors.
