Teddy Bears Day is celebrated on 9th September in most countries. But in some others, like Poland, it is celebrated on 25th November.

We prepared pork loin with sweet potato. The sweet potatoes were very tender and tasty.

Awesome trick! Cut the sweet potato in small cubes, it makes the cooking very fast.

We prepared roasted duck with apple and rosemary. It is an easy and very tasty recipe.

The most important part of the cooking is roasting correctly the duck. The inside must be very tender while the outside must end up as crispy as possible.

If you find the lucky bone, you have to break it in the middle while you think of a wish. Then, your wish will come true… but it must be kept secret.
