Homemade gazpacho
Gazpacho is a typical Spanish dish that originated in the southern region of Andalucía. It can be served as a cold soup or as a fresh drink, normally for summer. Gazpacho typically includes bread, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, onion and garlic, olive oil, wine vinegar, water, and salt. There are many varieties, and also there are other dishes based on gazpacho such like salmorejo, ajoblanco, etc.
There is nothing more delicious than homemade gazpacho! Serve it cold and enjoy!
