Salmorejo
Salmorejo is a creamy soup made of tomatoes, bread, oil and garlic. It is typical from Cordoba. It is usually served cold and may be garnished with diced Spanish serrano ham, diced hard-boiled eggs and diced black olives.
It is ideal for the summer. We prepared at home and could enjoy this fabulous taste. It was really refreshing during hot days.
