Pasta with seafood
We prepared pasta with a tasty mix of seafood.
We found a delicious vegetable pasta tricolore with shapes of hearts and different colors. We prepared it with a mix of seafood and a special sauce based on olive oil, garlic and parsley.
Pasta is traditionally made of wheat flour, but in the last years it has become popular to make pasta from legumes (lentils, beans…) and other vegetables like spinach, red beet, and many others. These natural ingredients can bring different colors to the pasta. Also, nowadays it is very easy to find pasta with many different shapes, from the most traditional to very modern shapes: Halloween motives, Christmas motives, etc. Who says food cannot be fun?!
