Beijing duck
We got roasted duck Beijing style from the restaurant. We had it to take away.
We are thinking about preparing this recipe homemade. But first, we need to investigate about it. There is not a better way to do it than getting a first-hand experience, or in this case a first-taste experience
It is very crispy on the outside and very tender in the inside. The spices are very tasty, but don’t cover too much the original flavor of the duck. There were 3 small sides: rice with sweet and sour sauce; very tasty fried vegetables; and some fresh vegetables salad.
I wanted to analyze more the duck, but I ate it too quick. Maybe we will need to get some more… Or can we directly try to prepare it at home? We will find out soon.
