Asparagus with ham and mayo
We prepared asparagus with ham and mayo. It is a very simple recipe and super quick to prepare, but it is really tasty.
There are millions of recipes and ways to prepare asparagus. Madame Pompidour considered them a luxury plate and ate only the tips. I imagine her plushies ate the rest!
Did you know that asparagus were already used in ancient Egypt around 3000 BC? That is 5000 years ago! Many asparagus must have been eaten since then!!
