Fried eggs in tomato sauce
Tomato is one of my favorite foods. It came to Europe from Central/South America. I don't know how Europeans could survive before them. It is base of many dishes, sauces, drinks, salads and more.
This time we prepared fried eggs on top of fried sliced tomatoes and pepper. It was a perfect match of flavors. Delicious!
