Pierogi

We prepared pierogi with mushrooms and pierogi with beef.

Pierogi is one of the most traditional polish recipes. You definitively cannot visit Poland and not try pierogi! It is one of their most beloved plates.

They are a type of dumpling, with a special recipe for the dough. There are all kinds of fillings: minced beef, mushrooms, white cheese and potatoes, lentils, spinach, raspberry, strawberry… They are super good and tasty but preparing them is not as easy as it seems. It is an art!
